This beautiful duplex was crafted for the Larocque Family. This 2,500 square foot investment project was designed and built in the heart of Chico, CA. The duplex consists of two townhouse units, each with a single-car garage. The design, floorplan, and landscaping, were optimized to fit the lot while allowing spacious “green areas” and yard space.
